Meanwhile, Houston-based Trelltex Inc. has moved from 23,026 sf at 2715 W. Davey Rd. to 28,263 sf at 2725 W. Davey Rd., where it has a five-year lease. The two deals bring occupancy at Phase I of Wood Hill Crossings Business Park, which consists of 280,000 sf, at 92%.
Although terms were not disclosed, the asking net lease rate at Wood Hill Crossings Business Park is $4.95 per sf. Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Co. president Daniel P. Daly, SIOR represented GKN Walterscheid, Inc. while Arthur J. Rogers & Co. principal Jeanne Rogers, CCIM, SIOR represented Trelltex Inc.
