Peterson has 18 years experience and has been responsible for the strategic planning, market planning, site selection and execution for many national and regional retailers. His recent assignments include representing Orvis for the new flagship location in the Clayton Lanes development in Cherry Creek North. He also represented Qdoba in 12 lease transactions, Safeway in three new lifestyle stores, Chuck E Cheese's on its Colorado market planning and rollout, and Hobby Lobby for two new 60,000-sf stores.

Otterstetter has s 17 years of experience in tenant representation for national and regional clients. Clients include Rent-A-Center, Advance America and Aaron's Rent to Own.
