The company, which has offices worldwide, selected the 575 West St. site because it offered a better location for the firm's business operations, says an industry source familiar with the lease. Terms of that arrangement were not released but office space in the three-building, 384,245-sf office park generally rents for between $16 and $17 per sf gross. The two-story 169,432-sf 575 West St. is 98% leased by tenants that include Vanguard Managed Solutions, a networking solutions company and the software firm Verano.
