ATLANTA-Selig Enterprises Inc. has two new vice presidents in the boardroom today. They are Bonnie Dean, vice president of construction, and Mindy Selig, vice president of retail leasing.
Dean joined Selig Enterprises in 1994. In her new position, she will oversee the design and construction of the company's new developments and supervise in-house project managers. She has been a commercial real estate professional for 20 years.
Selig has leased a total three million sf of retail space in her 10-year professional career. At Selig alone, she has leased two million sf of retail in the Southeast since joining the company in 1997. In her new position, she will be responsible for the retail leasing efforts of about 20% of the company's $4-million portfolio.
