BELLEVUE, WA-Skanska USA Building Inc. set in place today the last steel girder for the first tower of Lincoln Square, an eventual 1.4-million-sf mixed-use development by locally headquartered Kemper Development Co. The tower, which sits on a three-level retail base, will hold a 337-room Westin hotel and 148 luxury condominium units. The hotel and retail components are on track to open in November.
