The largest transaction involved Little Rock, AR-based Alltel Communications Inc. which renewed its 73,030-sf at the 29-year-old, 919,405-sf Netp@ark.tampabay owned by NNN NetPark LLC at 5701 E. Hillsborough Ave. The lease brought the park's occupancy to 80%.
The owner didn't disclose lease terms. However, area brokers familiar with the two-story, 19-tenant property tell GlobeSt.com the tenant probably renewed for another five years at an aggregate rent of $5.1 million, based on an effective rent of $14 per sf.
In the second unrelated transaction, also brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, Tampa-based Aero Simulation Inc. renewed its 24,003-sf lease at the 64,551-sf Adamo Distribution Center VI within the 354,207-sf, six-building, 16-year-old Adamo Distribution Center Park owned by ProLogis Realty Trust. The lease brought the building's occupancy to 69%.
Although the owner didn't disclose lease terms, area brokers who have done business at the park tell GlobeSt.com the Aero lease was probably for another five years at an estimated aggregate rent of $1.8 million.
