Set on 141 acres, the 106-building park, located near the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 9, features an in-park daycare center, café, locker and shower rooms and a 125-room Marriott Residence Inn hotel. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, Sue Donovan, vice president with the Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com. Donovan, along with Joseph Fallon, also with Trammell Crow, represented the owner, National Development. Meghan Clark, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, handled the arrangements for the tenant.
Among the other tenants are biotech firm Genzyme, Auspice Corp., a communication provider, and National Microsystems. And office products company Staples has its 500,000-sf headquarters in the park.
