The Transportation Authority is reviewing his Deerfield Green project, a planned 32-acre, 256 townhouse community with 56,400 sf of retail and office space. Voyles, founder and president of locally based Seven Oaks Co. LLC, and joint venture partner Devin Investments LLC of suburban Alpharetta have filed preliminary plans for the project which is classified as a development of regional impact, because of its size. The Transportation Authority reviews all DRIs for potential economic impact on neighboring communities. All housing projects over 222 units are subject to review.

Voyles couldn't be reached by GlobeSt.com's publication deadline to learn additional details on his project. However, area brokers who have worked with Voyles in the past tell GlobeSt.com the townhomes will probably be priced at $300,000 and could be ready for occupancy in mid-2006.
