Jim Proehl, EVP of PM Realty Group's western division, says the deal marks an effort by American Realty Advisors to "create a stronger branded service platform." The new assignment includes more than 900,000 sf of office and industrial space in Los Angeles County, about 700,000 sf of office space in Orange County, close to 200,000 sf in San Diego County and approximately two million sf in the Inland Empire.
Stanley Iezman, president and CEO of American Realty Advisors, says the company's objective, with its growing portfolio, is to achieve "a single consistent level of service in order to provide the best value to our investors and to ensure a reliable platform across our Southern California portfolio." The Southern California portfolio is part of $2.5 billion in assets under management by American Realty Advisors, which provides institutional real estate investment management services, including acquisition, disposition, development, structured finance, and active asset management.
