Verizon was represented by real estate consultants Equis Corp., while Schenkman/Kushner was represented in-house. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
"Bedminster One is a crown jewel of office space," Jon Kushner of Schenkman/Kushner tells GlobeSt.com. "The location, convenient to homes, other corporate offices and shopping makes it sought-after for businesses, like Verizon, looking to expand in this region." Originally intended as a corporate headquarters, the office includes a three-story atrium, an on-property bank and a 1,200-sf gym.
