Brazos Logistics Inc. will move in Aug. 1 to Post & Paddock VI at 2700 112th St. on Grand Prairie's side of the Great Southwest line. Thomas Dodge, vice president for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com that the "ready-to-go" space sold the deal to a company that started its metroplex search by looking at buildings closer to the D/FW International Airport in the Upper Great Southwest. "They are able to get in here quickly," he says.
With the signing, the 221,948-sf office/warehouse, owned by the San Francisco-headquartered Rreef, is half filled. Still to fill is 118,000 sf in a cross-dock block in a submarket where comparable space is fetching $3 per sf . Thomas Walrich with Banner Commercial Inc. in Dallas represented Brazos Logistics.
