Grubb & Ellis Co. broker Steve Morgan represented the tenant and building owner 1015 Windward Ridge Parkway LLC, a private investment group. He tells GlobeSt.com the bank was considering other locations before selecting the Windward Ridge Parkway address, only six miles from its former headquarters site at Royal Centre Two.

A Grubb & Ellis representative declined to disclose the aggregate value of the lease. Area brokers familiar with the Alpharetta office submarket tell GlobeSt.com the effective rent was probably $20 per sf for an aggregate 10-year rent of about $20 million.
