Pucci, who will be based in the downtown office of Grubb & Ellis, rejoins the company from CB Richard Ellis. He will be director of the Southern California Industrial Group. Pucci has been a commercial real estate professional for more than 16 years and previously worked for Grubb & Ellis as an industrial broker.
Gentile and O'Leary, along with the other members of their team, senior associate Marlene Weber and associate Brian Denton, have returned to Grubb & Ellis from Newmark. The team will be based in Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office in Torrance and will focus on office tenant representation.
Gentile started his career at Grubb & Ellis 22 years ago and became one of the company's most senior brokers specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Before joining Newmark, Gentile was affiliated with Julien J. Studley and before that he served for 16 years with Grubb & Ellis. O'Leary was with Newmark for three years before joining Grubb & Ellis, and before that he was an office specialist with Julien J. Studley and with Grubb & Ellis.
