Affiliated inked the long-term lease for space on the fifth, 10th, 11th and 12th floors of the 348,901-sf building located one block from Post Office Square and Boston Harbor. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Other tenants include the law firms of Day, Berry & Howard and Sheehan, Phinney, Bass & Green. Located at the corner of Franklin and Oliver streets in the Financial District, the 23-story tower recently underwent renovations to its lobby. Jason R Cameron, assistant vice president with Spaulding & Slye Colliers' Boston office, along with Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president William F. Collins, represented the owner 260 Franklin Inc. The tenant was assisted by Cushman & Wakefield senior director John C. Driscoll.
