LOPATCONG, NJ-Three new retail signings have taken the remaining space at Stryker's Crossing, a two-building, 30,000-sf shopping center here. The center is part of a mixed-use development that includes Warren Heights, a residential community. Also part of the site is Stryker's Plaza, a medical and professional building and child care center.

Cartridge World, which specializes in refilling inkjet and laser cartridges, along with the UPS Store and Allstate Insurance agent Philip K. Magliochetti have taken a total of 4,000 sf to fill the buildings, according to Robert Marek, vice president of Raider Realty, exclusive broker for the Hillsborough, NJ-based Larken. "The addition of these three tenants completes the roster of restaurants, retail shops and professional offices available at Stryker's Crossing," he says.

The three newcomers join a tenant roster that includes Edward Jones Investment, Subway, To Be Fit Ladies Workout Express and Adam & Eve Hair Cutters and Day Spa. Others on the roster include Warren Hospital, Pinatas Plus, Biagio's Italian Restaurant, Prestigious Dry Cleaners and Wild Tans.
