"It creates a lot of efficiencies for them because they are operating out of two buildings right now," says Rader, who represented the tenant along with Dave Mitchell, a principal with Rader Properties. Landlord 42 Longwater Associates, LLC was represented by Rick Fahey, Tom Kent, and Kim Roop, all with the Trammell Crow Co.
Clean Harbors had been searching for a new facility for about two years when they found the building, which was constructed for Scudder Investments before it was sold by Deutchbank to 42 Longwater Associates several years ago.
