PEABODY, MA-A start up company that manufactures atomic-level microscopes signed a five-year lease for 14,000 sf of industrial and office space in Centennial Park. ALIS Technology Corp.'s move into the flex building at 10 Technology Dr. marks a relocation from Beverly.

Terms of the lease were not made public. The 51,000-sf property has approximately 16,000 sf of sublease space is still available, Peter Benke, executive vice president with NAI Hunneman's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com. The firm will share the site with several other firms, including Kaiser Systems, the maker of high voltage power supplies, X-ray supplies and laser diode drivers.

Benke, along with Ted Shannon, vice president of NAI Hunneman, handled negotiations for the owner, JMS Realty Trust. Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Associates LLC, represented ALIS.
