The recently renovated 10960 Wilshire Blvd. building is a 24-story, 576,000-sf class A office tower that is approaching full occupancy after being 45% vacant three years ago. Bert Dezzutti, SVP of Equity Office's Los Angeles Region, says the building is benefiting from growing office leasing momentum in the area as well as an aggressive marketing campaign.
The building's leasing team includes Chris Houge and Rick Buckley of Madison Partners, along with David Hitzel, Equity Office's in-house leasing director. SK EarthLink was represented by Matthew Miller of CRESA Partners.
