Construction on the new office building is expected to be complete in early 2006, report CBRE. John Oien, Natalie Bazarevitsch and David Waggoner of the Ontario office of CB Richard Ellis are marketing the property on behalf of the developer.

Oien says the building is being developed at a time when comparable space that is technologically and aesthetically up-to-date is scarce in the market. In addition, he points out, the project will benefit from its proximity to the Crossroads Entertainment Center, which is under development by Lennar Partners, Oien says.

StoneCreek Co.'s interest in developing the new project follows its recent success with Chino Hills Professional Plaza, located on the northeast corner of Grand Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. That project was 90% leased within six months of its completion in November 2003, notes Clayton M. Corwin, president of StoneCreek Co.
