DeGrinis and Darren Cline, also of Colliers Seeley, represented landlord K Associates, a private partnership. The transaction represents an expansion for AMS, and the new facility provides excess land that will be very useful for the company, which is a contractors supply firm, DeGrinis says.
AMS formerly occupied a facility across the street from its newly leased space, making the move considerably easier and less disruptive than it otherwise might have been, DeGrinis notes. Besides the space occupied by AMS, the building includes about 39,300 sf of vacant office and call center space for which DeGrinis and Cline are the listing agents. AMS was represented by Matt Dierckman, Dave Harding and Greg Geraci of CB Richard Ellis.
