ATLANTA-Locally based developers CSJ Construction and Noble Properties have opened their $32-million, 125-unit View @ Chastain loft condominium community at a 50% sold-out level, posting $21.25 million in sales on 65 units. The developers completed the 16-month construction project for $32 million or about $256,000 per unit.
The View @ Chastain is competing with three other new Buckhead condo ventures totaling about 660 homes. The CSJ-Noble property at 3820 Roswell Rd. is selling from the low $200,000s to the $500,000s. The condos are near the 1.66-million–sf Lenox Square Mall, the 820,000-sf Phipps Plaza and within walking distance to about 200 restaurants, according to the developers.
CSJ-Noble has developed Lenox Square Mall, Phipps Plaza, Atlanta Financial Center, the Buckhead Sheraton and Taylor Square Condominiums. Brasfield & Gorrie Inc. of Birmingham, AL was the general contractor for The View @ Chastain. Morris & Raper Realtors of Atlanta is handling sales and marketing.
