The future Le Formentor, which was built in 1971, will feature luxury apartment units on eight floors, with the units ranging in size from 733 sf to 1,268 sf. When the conversion is complete, the building will include a media and conference center, a fitness center, retail services, a valet, a doorman and security services 24 hours a day.
Le Formentor will also feature a landscaped rooftop garden and patio with skyline views. Wallace says the property is the only high-rise office to multifamily conversion in the area and will be designed to meet a strong demand for luxury housing there.
