Migliori represented the buyers, Randy and Scott Johnson, whose new location is situated on 1.8 acres at 4059 Flat Rock Drive. The new building is also the new headquarters for Coast Fulfillment, which will employ 22 workers at the building.
Coast, which was established in 1974, provides fulfillment services for customers including Sony Corp., Panasonic Co. and Thomson Electronics.Scott Johnson says the move to Riverside was motivated by a need to expand warehouse capacity and to draw upon "a more cost-effective labor pool."
Coast Fulfillment's new facility is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 24-foot minimum interior clearance, dock-high loading, 4,500 sf of office space and on-site parking. The building was sold by Turner Riverwalk 2 LLC, which was represented by Larry Null of Lee & Associates.
