Marsoners is the distribution arm for Tempe-based Fascinations, an adult novelty retailer with outlets throughout the Greater Phoenix area and the Southwest. The inbound tenant, signing a 36-month lease valued at more than $450,000, is taking over the balance of Radyne's lease for at 315 S. Bracken Lane.
Santan Development of Phoenix owns the freestanding structure. Paul Sieczkowski, Mike Parker and Rob Martensen with Colliers International in Phoenix represented Radyne in the deal while Tom Zarob, formerly with local firm Ross Brown Partners Inc., negotiated for Marsoners.
According to Martensen, a marketing associate with Colliers, the lease occurred because Radyne simply didn't need the space. "Radyne had acquired another company that was in that space previous to this deal," he tells GlobeSt.com. "As Radyne already had its headquarters in the area, this was just excess real estate." Neither Zarob or Marsoners could be reached for comment.
