3Com Grabs 200,996 SF to Take the Year's Largest Suburban Office Lease

With the existing Campus buildings now fully leased on a long-term basis, there are expansion plans, says John L. Brogan, vice president of BPG Properties Ltd., who negotiated on behalf of the owner. BPG, whose affiliate purchased the 130-acre campus in November 2002 from 3Com, is currently finalizing approvals to construct an additional 600,000 sf of office space on another campus parcel that will bring the property's total square footage up to more than 1.1 million sf of class A office space. Current tenants including CYTYC Corp., Wellington Management and Exact Sciences Corp.

Terms of the 3Com lease were not released. Serving as exclusive leasing agents for BPG were Kevin P. Malloy, senior vice president, and Tim Latham, associate, of Lincoln Property Co. Kevin Hanna, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, represented 3Com.
