This lease takes the 117,000-sf MPC-17 property's occupancy to 100%, according to Bell, who represented the park's owner and developer, Miami-based Sunbeam Properties. Stuart Kaminsky of Deerfield Beach-based US Realty represented the tenant.
Bell tells GlobeSt.com the entire park is 97% leased. "We're adding between 100,000 sf and 200,000 sf, primarily spec flex office and light industrial space this year." While most of the buildings are spec, the company also constructs some build-to-suits. The park opened 20 years ago, and full build-out within the next seven to 10 years will result in an aggregate of six million sf, she says.
LogiMedix is a national supplier of diabetes testing equipment, insulin pumps, respiratory medications, insurance contracts and primarily mail-order pharmacy services. The new location provides its full-line pharmacy with the capacity to serve walk-in patients and also expands its administrative offices.
