The largest lease transaction at its office properties in Westchester, Rockland and Connecticut was the lease renewal by Evening Out Inc., the owner of Westchester Broadway Theatre, for the entire 32,720-sf office/flex building at 75 Clearbrook Rd. The building is part of Mack-Cali's Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford. John Hannigan and Brett Sherman of Choyce Peterson Inc. represented Evening Out, while Jeff Warner, managing director of leasing for Mack-Cali, represented the building owner.
Guski Trucking Co. signed a new lease for 20,717 sf of space at the 155,000-sf 250 Clearbrook Rd. building, which is also located at Mack-Cali's Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford. The building is now 97.3% leased. Bill Anson and Howard Berger of Anson & Berger represented the tenant, while Mack-Cali's Warner and Ivan Abry, director of leasing, represented the building owner.
Allstar Marketing Group, LLC, a consumer product marketing services firm, leased 11,675 sf at 4 Skyline Dr. in Mack-Cali's Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne. The transaction involved the renewal of 8,765 sf and an expansion of 2,910 sf, Mack-Cali officials say. With the deal, the 80,600-sf building is now fully leased. Louis Amalfitano, director of leasing, represented Mack-Cali.
The US Postal Service renewed its lease for 17,600 sf of space at 7 Odell Plaza, part of Mack-Cali's South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers. The building is now 99.6% leased. Mack-Cali senior director of leasing Carol McGuire represented the company.
