The east and west towers are 100% occupied by semiconductor firm Conexant Systems and Mindspeed, which specializes in supplying semiconductors for computer networks. The new assignment brings PM Realty Group's Orange County portfolio to 2.5 million sf of office space, part of 14 million sf that PM manages throughout Southern California, according to Jim Proehl, EVP and managing director of PM Realty Group's west division.
PM Realty Group's other recently reported win was a contract to manage nearly four million sf of office and industrial space for American Realty Advisors of Glendale. That assignment included more than 900,000 sf of office and industrial space in Los Angeles County, about 700,000 sf of office space in Orange County, close to 200,000 sf in San Diego County and approximately two million sf in the Inland Empire.
