EGS Gauging Inc., which makes measuring devices for plastic, rubber, paper, building products and other industries, will relocate from 900 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, where it occupied 40,000 sf. The firm will replace former tenant Nera Networks, which recently moved to Haverhill, MA, Mark Mulvey, vice president with the Trammell Crow Co., tells GlobeSt.com. Mulvey and colleague Brian Hines represented the tenant, while Michael Dalton, also with Trammell Crow, represented the owner, Wakefield Investments Inc.

"It made sense for them," says Mulvey, noting that the 200 Research Dr. facility offered the company a location in a campus setting. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. The single-story flex building also is home to Ksara, an outsourcing design and manufacturing firm, and Arrow Electronics CMS, a high-tech company that provides microprocessors, Flash memory devices, and silicon-based solutions.
