With the assistance of Transwestern Commercial Services' P. Dennis Flynn, property developer Triangle Office Building LLC secured the lease agreement with the government contractor. Stanley was represented by Westy Kent of Kent Commercial Inc.
Located in Prince William County near I-95 and just off Jefferson Davis Hwy, 18300 Quantico sits within one mile of Quantico Marine Corps Base. The lease marks an expansion for Stanley, which continues to maintain its headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Financial details of the deal have not been revealed, but Flynn tells GlobeSt.com that space in the building is being marketed for $25 per-sf and that about 7,000 sf remains available.
