The project's development cost, a Manekin spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com, will be about $8.4 million. The company will also handle leasing activities, marketing the building's class A office space for $25.50 per sf.
Among the tenants in Commons Corporate Center are Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, Northwest Airlines, SAIC and Computer Sciences Corp. Manekin expects construction to wrap up in January of next year.
