The owner of the park, Gateway LLC, a local partnership, was represented in the transaction by Anne Klein, a senior vice president in the Marlton, NJ office of Grubb & Ellis. Terms of the signing were not disclosed. Within the past 15 months, Klein has arranged leases totaling more than 208,000 sf of space at Gateway Business, bringing the property past the 85% occupancy mark.
Gateway Business Park consists of eight single-story buildings totaling 514,000 sf on 50 acres. Major tenants include Pitney Bowes, Virtua Healthcare, AT&T, Jacobs Engineering and MCI/Worldcom. As reported by GlobeSt.com, Gateway LLC refinanced the property just over a year ago to the tune of $38.3 million.
