The site allows for expansion of up to approximately 15,000 sf, says Steve Italiano, SVP in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis, who is marketing the property. He tells GlobeSt.com the building is currently 100% leased, which includes a small space still being occupied by the owner. "Half the building, maybe more, will be vacant shortly." He notes that the flexible zoning allows for various uses, including retail.

The all-masonry, steel-construction building was completed in the 1970s. It has a 24-ft ceiling height, finished office space, six tailgate loading docks and six drive-in doors.
