NxStage will remain at Ozzy Properties' 439 South Union St. building, where it occupies the top floor of the five-story building, Mark Mulvey, with Trammel Crow Co. tells GlobeSt.com. "It just made sense for them." He declined to reveal details of the transaction.

The firm shares space in the building with tenants that include the Massachusetts Division of Career Services and the Andover Children's Academy Heritage Place. Mulvey along with, Brian Hines, and Michael Dalton, also with Trammell Crow, represented the tenant. Ellen Keller of Ozzy Properties represented the ownership.
