Fairwood will offer class A condo space spread out equally among two structures in a location within proximity to Bowie Health Campus, Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham and Prince George's Hospital Center in Cheverly. The property will also feature a developable pad site for a small building, as well as surface parking and limited underground parking facilities. Construction is on target to reach completion in the spring of 2007.
