Abrams and Associates is the developer of the portfolio on Lee DeForest Road at Robert Fulton Drive where Maxim plans to relocate and expand its headquarters next spring. The company will occupy Buildings B and C, which offer 43,000 sf each. All four buildings are scheduled to reach completion next year.
"Maxim was out of space and they wanted to stay in Columbia Gateway," says Manekin LLC's Athan Sunderland, who represented the tenant along with colleague Adam Nachlas. Andy Andrews of Colliers Pinkard represented Abrams. Details of the lease have not been disclosed, but Colliers Pinkard is marketing space in the portfolio for $19.25 per sf.
