Working with company executives, T3 Realty Advisors of Waltham organized multiple market tours, honed in on options, requested proposals and negotiated a three-year lease--all within 30 days. "In short order, T3 Realty listened to our wish list and educated us on the realities of today's central Route 128 real estate market. They weren't afraid of telling us what we didn't want to hear," said Barry Morris, chief executive officer of StreamBase Systems.
StreamBase was represented by Greg Hoffmeister, managing director and co-founder of T3 Realty Advisors. The building's owner, Boston Properties was self-represented by Jason Fivek. Terms of the lease were not made public. The firm shares space in the building, part of the Spring Street Office Park in Lexington, with Abt Associates, a consulting firm.
