"Home Depot probably had 10 options within a one-minute car ride," JP Plunkett, a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, tells GlobeSt.com "but I think it says a lot for the building that it has a nice cafeteria, full fitness center and unbelievable cheaptenant rent. When you add it all up, it's a good deal." Terms of the lease were not released.
Located just south of the Route 128 interchange on Route 138, the building, owned by Great Point Investors, is part of a two-building, 276,124-sf office complex situated near numerous retail amenities. Along with Home Depot, the complex includes tenants Stop & Shop Supermarket Company and Safety First. Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Great Point.
