"They had a lot of options--maybe even less expensive options--but they saw the value in the location in Braintree corner," JP Plunkett, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, tells GlobeSt.com, adding that the space is in one of the busiest retail corridors in the town. Terms of the long-term lease were not made public.

The 89,466-sf, class A office building is located on Route 37 at the junction of Routes 128, 3 and 93 and just seven miles south of Boston. It counts among its tenants several doctors and insurance firms. Plunkett, along with Cushman & Wakefield senior director Cathy Minnerly represented building owner Sun Life. Ted Chryssicas, senior vice president with Meredith & Grew, represented Fidelity Investments.
