CENTURY CITY, CA-The law firm of Van Etten Suzumoto & Becket signs for 50,000 sf at 1800 Century Park East and Comerica Bank commits to 43,000 sf for office space and a retail branch at the new 2000 Avenue of the Stars building.
The building ownership was represented in the Comerica lease by Brad Cox, Patti Gilbert and Jeff Lasky of Trammell Crow. Comerica was represented by Craig DeMiranda of Trammell Crow.
