Bought for $87 million in 1999, the 540,000-sf 123 N. Wacker Dr. was the prize of a package being marketed since April by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. The package, expected to command more than $500 million, includes 2.2 million sf of office space.

In addition, the Dallas-based REIT says it has lined up a buyer for 681,934 sf of industrial space in four properties in Carol Stream, Lansing and Wood Dale. The sale is expected to close this month.

North suburban office properties under contract include the 257,191-sf 1200 Lakeside Dr. in Bannockburn, the 197,976-sf Lakeside Point I and II in Waukegan, the 141,186-sf 1717 Deerfield Rd. building in Deerfield and 59,130-sf 1955 W. Field Ct. in Lake Forest. A buyer also has been found for 410 Warrenville Rd., a 60,434-sf office property in west suburban Lisle.
