A third tenant, Diebold Inc. renewed its lease on 24,404 sf at 261 Cedar Hill St. for the next five years. Both buildings are owned by Cross Harbor Capital Partners LLC. Paul A. Leone, vice president of Richard Barry Joyce & Partners, who negotiated the leases along with John M. Lashar, a partner in the firm, tells GlobeSt.com that the property's location along with the owner's flexibility that sealed all three deals.
Although terms of the leases were not disclosed, Leone says space in both buildings generally range from $8.50 to $9.50 per-sf net. Leone and Lasher represented the owner in all three transactions. The team also handled the tenant side of the deal for Advanced Results Marketing. Jo Ann Deurr with Mohr Partners handled the lease negotiations for Diebold, while Chris Puile with USI represented Richardson Electronics.
