HOPKINTON, MA-A firm that provides engineering, design, construction and maintenance services, has restructured and extended its lease at a 41,840-sf mixed-use property here. The Shaw Group, based in Baton Rouge, LA inked the five-year deal to remain in 21,200 sf of office and flex space at 86 and 88 Elm St. in Elmwood Park.
The arrangement keeps the property at full occupancy, Paul A. Leone, vice president, of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, tells GlobeSt.com. The company has been in the same space for about five years. Terms of the lease were not available.
The office, warehouse and flex property, owned by FH Perry Builder Inc., is home to a number of small firms including A&T Coach and Abel Limousine. Leone, along with John M. Lashar, also with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, handled the transaction for the building's owner. The tenant was represented by Jim Graham of Fischer & Co.
