This lease takes occupancy at Pembroke Crossing to 100%, according to Erica Des Roches, director of leasing for Miami Beach-based Terranova Corp. Des Roches represented the owner, Newark-based PREI. The center at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Pines Boulevard was completed in 1997. Among the other tenants are Circuit City, David's Bridal, Linens 'n Things, PetsMart and Barnes & Noble.
Cost Plus sells a wide range of products supplied by an international network of artisans. It operates 246 stores in 31 states under the names World Market and Cost Plus World Market.
