Terms of the sale, which was a direct deal between principals, were not disclosed, but industry sources tell GlobeSt.com that the sales price was above $110 million. The class A property, which is at 9465 Wilshire Blvd., includes retail storefronts on Beverly Drive and Dayton Way in the Golden Triangle portion of the city.

The Wilshire Beverly Center property occupies half of a city block at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Beverly Drive. It is a block from Rodeo Drive and across the street from the Regent Beverly Hills as well as the planned Montage Hotel. It was built in 1963 and is composed of three buildings, with office space anchor tenants including the Firm, Imagine Entertainment and Bank of America.
