"They wanted to be in Cambridge in the life science hub and they wanted a quality building," Mike Shreve, vice president of T3 Realty Advisors in Waltham, tells GlobeSt.com. "This building had the right layout and the right feel for what they were trying to accomplish."
Terms of the lease were not released, but Shreve says space in the 18-story class A office tower generally rents in the upper $20 per-sf gross range. The building is located near Kendall Square in Cambridge's biotech corridor. Shreve represented Norwich Ventures, while David Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Rreef.
