WAY Systems has been subleasing about 10,000 sf in the building since October 2003, but was able to extend and expand that lease into contiguous space in a deal with landlord Rreef, Tucker Hansen, with Meredith & Grew, tells GlobeSt.com. "They were able to accommodate growth without having to move."
Although terms of that lease were unavailable, Hansen says the first-class, four-story, 74,408-sf building generally rents in the upper teens to low $20 per-sf gross range. The building, which is 93% occupied by tenants that include American Express Financial Advisors and Metropolitan Life Insurance, is part of a six-building office complex known as Unicorn Park which features three cafeterias, a fitness center, dry cleaner and a 185-room Marriott Courtyard hotel.
Hansen and Matt Adams, also with Meredith & Grew, represented Way Systems. Colleagues David J. Pergola and Joseph J. Crowley, represented the building's owner, Rreef.
