Robert McGuire, with CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners' Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the Nashville-based healthcare network, which operates two hospitals in Massachusetts, will move into the building within the next few weeks once buildout of the shell space at the 132 Turnpike Rd. property is completed. The firm will join existing tenants Clark Consulting, Northern Mortgage, the Fusion Group and True Advantage. Terms of that five-year lease were not released, but McGuire says the class A, 74,000-sf building generally leases for around $23 per-sf gross.

Located just minutes from the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 495, the property is part of a soon-to-be completed, three-building office complex totaling 205,000 sf. McGuire, along with Chris Tosti, Robert Walles and Mathew Flaherty, all with CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, handled the lease transaction for the owner, a joint venture between Capital Group Properties and Secured Realty. Neil Schneider of McCall & Almy, of Boston, represented the tenant.
