METHUEN, MA-Northstar Industries has renewed its lease on 42,000 sf of office and R&D space at 126 Merrimack St. The long-term lease by the firm kept occupancy rates in the 128,000-sf industrial property at 90%.
Meredith & Grew assistant vice president Matthew J. Adams tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which provides modular system designs for liquid natural gas facilities and other industrial and power clients, has been located in the building for about five years. The company shares it with a World Gym.
Adams declined to release the terms of the lease citing a confidentiality agreement with the tenant, who he represented with the assistance of Meredith & Grew senior vice president David J. Pergola. The building's owner, the Scott Cos., was self represented.
