Jester tells GlobeSt.com that the lease has been at the bargaining table since April. "It took awhile to get everyone on the same page," he explains. The space is being built out with 1,500 sf of office and the balance kept as warehouse area for the volleyball training program. The building's quoted rent is $2.75 per sf, triple net.

Jester represented the building owner of the 2.7-acre holding. Walter Floyd with NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth brokered on the tenant's behalf.
